T-Shirt Design help

I am no good with any graphic design, so i was wondering if any of the farkers could help me out...
I am stationed at Whiteman AFB, MO and was recently named as a representative for the Airmen's council.
They wanted us to suggest shirt designs, but nobdy has so far.
I know that it's unoriginal, but I like how this shirt is set up, and was wondering if someone could change the words on the back to Airmen's Council and put a chest badge on the front... Maybe with a B-2 Spirit jet in the center and Whiteman Air Force Base, Missouri around it in a circle.
