Where do you get the vid of him to do this? I suppose you did this in Image Ready? Any other program you used?

I got the video from youtube, then converted it from .flv to .mpg using Pazera Flv to AVI converter, then Photoshop to import video to layers and cut him out of each of the layers, and then I used Adobe Fireworks to add the Tiger Stadium background and frames from the layers into .gif format.
