PP windmill gif help

Just got back from Baton Rouge!! Not sure how many of you saw gameday but i had the PP windmill sign right behind herbie. I was just wondering if someone could make a gif for me to use as my avatar. not sure if its posible but if it is id like to have it zoomed in a lil bit. ill post the link from youtube, not sure if you need anything else. TIA!

I am new to Photoshop, I thought that sign was classic so I took a shot at making the gif.
