Please help with a logo

I'm in charge with designing shirts for a golf tournament and need some help. Ideally I'd like to use the Chelsea logo but edit it so that it says "FENWICK" on top and "REUNION CUP" on the bottom. In the middle I'd like to have the swans from the reunion logo but in blue like the Chelsea character. I like the red on the logo but maybe make them red golf balls and keep the red flowers?
Thanks for any and all help
ETA: here's an example of the blue swan for the center. Not sure if it can be cleaned up or not
