i'm in the process of moving right now, and i have a blank space on my wall that i planned on putting a portrait of the new orleans skyline.. i haven't done too much research into it yet but these are the two that i like so far.. also, if anyone has a better shot that they wouldn't mind me putting on my wall, i'm open for suggestions
i guess my question is what would be the best way (if it's even possible) to get a picture like this printed out and framed.. if it's possible, i'd like it to be a landscape (if that's the proper terminology) picture with measurements of maybe a foot or a foot and a half up and down and 3 or 4 feet long..
thanks in advance for the help, and sorry if it's a stupid question

This is about 2.15x long as it is wide, but it is still a good landscape shot.

You're probably best off purchasing a print from a photographer. Those two images you linked are fine for internet use but won't be nearly high enough resolution for a high quality print.
You should be able to find an affordable image. Then you don't have to worry about finding a professional printer. Most home desktop printers aren't going to be able to produce the high quality image you desire.
I'm a big fan of Mark Bienvenu's photos. Check out his prints on his site:

Google search "New Orleans prints" for more options.
If you have taken your own photograph, you can take it to a FedEx shop for printing options. Select a quality paper (I prefer a gloss card stock for some of my art) and ask for the highest resolution they can give you.

There's some cool prints here as well.
Might not be what you like either, but there's some cool New Orleans pics in there.
