Need help with a new avatar

Could any of you talented farkers LSUize this and make it avatar size with a transparent background? Maybe put LSU in Geaux font on the forehead of the skull or something? TIA.

I'd try the 'sig pic' sticky on the help board... I know, doesn't make sense.. but that's how it works here.
