Need Help w/ Volleyball Team Logo For Our Finance Dept

Our annual company cookout/volleyball tournament is coming up and this year I'm in charge our department's team logo and t-shirts.
I need something really simple (2 or 3 colors) that can be screen printed on a t-shirt. Just something with our team name "Spikin' Hot" across the top with a volleyball in flames being spiked or going over the net. Something similiar to this.....
Any help will be appreciated!
