you must be young. We've had purple jerseys since the beginning of time, and have always worn gold helmets. Only once before 2007 have we worn white helmets with purple jerseys that i can remember.

he made me wonder if I was crazy because I thought it was standard when I was a kid. Had to look it up and read about the rule change.
