Was this purely decorative (in a trashy sheik kinda way) or was it a "sample" of a sale item?

There were a few of these "motivational" posters taped to the side of a building around the tailgate area. I didn't see anyone selling anything, but I will keep my eye out. I am a licensed patent attorney so I will be more than happy to inform them of their copyright violation.

Awesome. I have found people selling my images on Ebay before... not realizing that I have a digital signature and copyright/usage permission embedded in the image code.

I have always wondered about the legal aspects of this. Most of the times we are using other peoples images and manipulating them into our own creation. If a 3rd party was to sell it for profit where would the royalties geaux and is it enforceable.
Not that I make images worthy of someone paying big bucks for in all humility.

Glad ya like it! Sometimes I amaze myself. Seriously... I get so cross-eyed n pixel-brained by the time I finish a project that I just save and go to bed for the night. I wake up the next day like "Wow. Glad I didn't throw that away - looks good."
