Help matching skin tone

I need to lighten Klinger's skin tone to match this head skin tone. Can anyone here help?

Make a new layer of the face adjust exposure and gamma correction, up the magenta and red a little in color balance. Just play with them til you find what you want.

you realize you're 'thumbs up'ing' him dodging the facial tones to match the skintone on the neck, no what the OP wanted...
I didn't attempt it because it would have turned out poorly to make 'the neck lighter'
