I suck at this. Can someone change this logo for me? I had trouble with shading in the white at the bottom of the letters. Argh.
Change the word "FORWARD" to "DOWNWARD".

Looks good, but wouldn't it be better if you flipped O's "O" upside down?

Ok, I finally farked around with it and this is what I got. Starting from scratch was the key, thanks for the idea. Also, it didn't take too long.

Something about the way the gradients and layers worked horked the O.. it was bright and shiny like the original. Anyway, I can't really spend much time on it and hopefully gets the point across. :)

Drop a bit of shadow on the text. It currently looks way too crisp.
