Dude, these links are jacked up.

I'm not sure if you know this or not, but for source pics... you'll get better results from LARGE images than you will with thumbnails.
(unless you want the final image to be a thumbnail)

I can't view your link from work, but try just posting the picture instead of the link.
Right click on the picture, select properties and then highlight the http address for the picture and copy (ctrl + c).
Instead of pressing the link button when posting press the img button. Paste the http address (ctrl + v) into the prompt that pops up and hit enter.
Posting the images instead of links always makes it easier on the farkers here to help you out.

Your source image is still too small to create a high quality image.

Here's the pic, but everyone is right, you need a larger picture.

Some effects can be employed to create some visually impressive images. But you really need a larger, higher resolution, source image.
Here is an example. It would look much better larger. But I can't scale it up or you lose resolution and the final image would be "fuzzy."

Thanks guys I'll try and find some better pics when I get home.
This kid will love it. He's actually at LSU camp the last few days. He's upcoming junior and will be one of the top kids in the state for the class of 2012. Plus he's a big LSU fan!

If I have a full size photo, I can make a much better image. I look at the one I did quick as an example and see a lot of mistakes. I just did it to illustrate what is possible and why a larger source is needed.
With that native resolution, I can only make an image look so good.
If you supply a better photo, myself or someone else will likely take the time to do it correctly.
