I blame "Fark Board Suicide" - monotony leeches creativity.... Especially when the farker wants to make each "Do me next" cool and unique so that the submitting individual gets a good result. Everyone who was brave enough to post their pic deserved a good farkin'... Harder and harder to do after a while.

I've had a lot of fun with it, but I see your point. Everyone gets into a me next attitude like you said and all of the sudden your hour or so of work on one photo goes unnoticed. But it has definitely been one of the best threads on here.
