Could you guys clean up my ranch logo?

I am obviously not very skilled in this department but this was the best I could come up with on my own. It would be awesome if one of you guys could clean up this image and sharpen the edges. I also need to take out any gray to make the image black and white so it will translate to printing better.
Any help is greatly appreciated!

That would be great. The only thing I would change is to use my original font since that's what we have on our logos in the past. Aside from that it looks awesome.

The font was in Tahoma and was in bold. Really appreciate you helping me out with this.

All three would be preferable so I would be set no matter what I decide to do. The transparent will probably be used the most.

Looks good, but may need to take back into Illustrator and in tracing profile select rounded points. It'll smooth out some of those awkward abrupt joins.
