But yeah, probably nothing will happen. Though it's on the most visible part of an expensive highway project, which is why it's slope paved instead just rip raff.

Though I say they should just pay for paint, and let the local art school paint a mural. That would look better than what they originally wanted. It's just impressively bad work. Pulling a chalkline isn't hard to do.

No damn clue, even without a chalkline. That's why I came here for something to hang on the trailer walls.

And I'm structural qa, so I'm just laughing about it. Especially since the aesthetic flaws on my structures get rubbed and painted. But this is something qc has no control over, since nobody monitors green cuts. But this crew just wasn't qualified to do anything with concrete short of sidewalks. I'm sure the general regrets not forcing the sub to tool those joints when it was plastic.
