Can someone fark my friends pic for me

Saw this pic on one of my friend's Facebook, was wondering if someone could take out the 2 guys leaving only the one in the middle, and put a hot girl in a bikini walking away with her hand in his face. And the captions "Blueballs, because women don't want you"

I changed the size twice but it is still showing up this small.

This is about the best I can do. Trying to take out 2 guys and make the background there is just way above my head, so I just did this:
