Thanks for all the props y'all! I must admit - the original concept was great... so the images pretty much do all the work themselves - Just had to fit them in with proper shading and background correction. 
Sorry I've been so absent of late. where I work - our numbers have been up 12-15% over the previous year's since November. That translates into twice the money for 3X the work... and cuts into my fark time pretty severely. You can thank the weather for the window of opportunity I used for the images here.
Glad they turned out to everyone's satisfaction!
I almost used that exact same helmet!
Glad I went with the other so that we could put a little variety out there.

KH - I love that you kept the original facemask and replaced just the helmet shell. Smart smart smart.

Adding the piece of the helmet covered up by the shoulder pads and getting the straps to match were a challenge. After all that I realized just as I was about to post it that you could still see the players ear through the helmet slit... that would have looked freaky had i missed it

The only thing I noticed about the last LSU one was that the hand still had an Oregon glove....I know that's hard to change but just saying.
