there is a green blob in the lower left corner that moves on every frame. How can you blend this so it is not so obvious?

The background is not stationary. Makes it tougher. Looks like you could crop the image to remove 20% from the left (blob) side. Croping the blob out would give you best effect if you can do it. If not, then take a piece of the light green bush in your final frame and paste it over the blob area in other frames. Position it as best as you can relative to the background. You'll still get artifact, but perhaps not as much. Here's a very quick run at it:

With Photoshop, I cutout the background out of the first layer and filled in, with the clone stamp, the area where i cutout the guy. Then I made a duplicate of that background for each of the remaining layers. I then cutout the guy in each of those remaining layers, eliminating the moving background they were on, and merged them onto the new, uniform layer I created from the first layer.
It was a little more time consuming to do it that way but I was bored and had some free time, so what the heck.
