Big clean-up request- Remove the text copy

Like the subject says... I'm hoping that someone could do their best to clean-up/remove/etc. the "Rust" and "Power Surge" copy.. I realize it's A LOT of work, so I there's something you could find to cover it that could fit in with the artwork style, that'd be cool too...
Or hell... if anyone can find the source image for the hazmat guy plugging in like Clark, that would be great.
Commence the worthless pictures of bullshite clip art that "covers what you asked for! Haha" It's lame and a waste of your time...
