Anyone wanna make me a quick logo for a fishing tournament?

I will buy you a few beers if we ever run into each other! It's called the "1st Annual Tradewinds Marina Fishing Rodeo". Pretty much all you have to do is take this logo and add the words to it, feel free to make any other additions if you would like. I could do it on microsoft word but it would look like shite

This is where things can get a little tricky. Technically, I found the image using Google Images and there were no indications of copyright. However, I would be (and have been in the past) pretty unhappy if I found any of my work being sold without my knowledge or permission.
After some investigation, I have tracked down the original artist.
An artist named Dave Turton
The Graphic Library
He is selling use of a color image here:
Bass Fish Jumping Color Vector
I did not find the image on this site. I would not blatantly rip off another artist.
If you want to use this image, the right thing to do is contact the Dave through his website and ask permission. He may request a fee. You never know unless you ask.
