Would you trust Joe Flacco vs Houston?

Alex Smith has been on a decline and free agency is picked clean. Flacco against the Texans seems like a solid choice to stream but I need to win and I can't risk Smith shitting the bed again.

Alex Smith just got me 7 points against the 32nd ranked defense vs QBs, so yeah I'm contemplating Flacco against the Texans whom every QB has been torching this year.

Flacco has 7 stinkers under 13 points, it’s hard to quantify how bad that is. Somehow Alex smith’s bad game on the road in bad conditions trumps that on the negativity scale?
