The safe answer after watching last weeks games is Dalton, especially because AJ Green catch three tds in a quarter doesn’t gash you but I can’t see that as a repeat. I see Dalton as a mid tier strategic play at best. (Dalton will be QB 15-20)

Wilson and the Seahawks looked atrocious last week but I think Wilson shakes back this week. Dallas looks abisimal, if the Seahawks can keep Lawerance off of Wilson then Wilson returns to form but it’s risky (Wilson will be QB 10-15)

Verdict: Wilson

Wilson has the more consistent pedigree.

Thanks fellas .I want to start Wilson but for some reason my gut is saying go with Dalton this week. I guess it's because I really want to beat this guy and he has two big players .. kamara and aj green. I like the idea of making aj green counter productive

Their defense has been pretty good and getting to the QB and the Seahawks can't slow the pass rush. I think I would go Dalton and wait for Wilson to come on like he does every year.

Cowboys have 9 sacks already this year, Seahawks line is paper

quote:

QB Russell Wilson made some big plays on MNF against the Bears, but ultimately, he was left running for his life against a nasty pass rush, behind an offensive line that still looks like a problem. He also had a bad pick-six to Prince Amukamara that ended the game. Wilson was running for his life the entire night, and it didn't help that he was basically throwing to Tyler Lockett and a practice squad unit of receivers. Wilson's Seahawks have now faced the Bronco and Bear pass rushes through two weeks, so that may be making his line look worse than it actually is, but it still doesn't help the fact that his receiving corps is really lacking without Doug Baldwin for another couple weeks. He doesn’t get any help this week. The Bears have a league-high 10 sacks after their performance against the Seahawks, and Seattle will get a Dallas pass rush that’s second with 9 sacks.

quote:

The Cowboys have allowed a league-low one pass for 20+ yards. Wilson attempted a league-high 91 deep pass attempts (20+ yards) in 2017 and is averaging 5.5 per game this season (per PFF). The Cowboys limited Wilson to 93 passing yards (with 2 TDs) in Week 16 last year, and they have a bad combination of a pass rush and a secondary that limits big plays.

Dalton on the road and Wilson at home, dalton just dropped 4 on the ravens

quote:

Andy Dalton is off to a promising start after struggling in 2017, throwing for 6 TDs in his first two games, including 4 scores against a good Ravens defense. He gets a Panthers defense that just gave up 272 yards and 4 TDs (2 passing, 2 rushing) to Matt Ryan last week. Dalton has been decisive in the early going, and he’ll need to get the ball out quick against this Panthers D-line without his starting center in front of him. The Bengals will also be without RB Joe Mixon (knee) for the next 2-4 weeks, and Giovani Bernard will step into his spot in the lineup. Gio is a better receiver than a traditional runner and this Panthers defense is typically better at stopping the run than the pass, meaning Bengals will likely be leaning a little more on Dalton’s arm this week.

Dallas has only given up 1 TD pass this year, QBs completion 74% of their passes against the Panthers this year, 7.8 YPA and 22.5 PPG.

This is tough, the data points up to Dalton but I’m probably rolling Wilson one more time at home and hoping for a bounce back game. We know his ceiling and what he can do even with his cast of characters receiving Corp.
