I think I am leaning that way as well although I may have voted keeper in September. 
The point of this league was to create a different format. The league was always described as a roto auction non-keeper.

I'll be taking my talents to the new league. While I enjoyed hanging with y'all while making a small profit, I've always wanted to play in a dynasty league.

The results basically wanted the league to remain the same.
Results:
Roto 6
H2H 2
Auction 8
Snake 0
Keeper 4
Non-keeper 4
Increase buy-in 1
Stay at $50 7
Decrease buy-in 0
FAAB 6
Rolling waivers 2
I was one of the four who voted for keepers, but I have since changed my mind. We are going to keep as is, but there will certainly be open discussion on everything.

I originally said I'd be out, but I might reconsider.
My main complaint with this league is once we hit mid season there were only 4-5 people still setting lineups and shite. No one was willing to trade or make their team better. Just makes for a REALLY boring half of a fantasy season.

I wish I had an answer. The majority of owners on here are repeat customers, but it would be tough to enforce.
I think the greatest fantasy idea would be a roto regular season (April-August) and H2H playoffs in September.
You could crown a true champion with the roto style regular season and have the excitement of the playoffs as well. I should sell this idea.

I wouldn't be against the H2H playoff idea... as long as the top 2 are guaranteed money.
Its really hard getting into trading when keepers aren't involved at least for me. I'll admit I'm not much of a trader unless you are wanting someone on my team I don't highly regard. Which is tough because I usually like everyone on my team and I'm more of an optimist(a la "they are about to get hot")... and then if my team sucks why would anyone trade to help me get better. I'll admit; that part of the game I suck at.

The way you can institute a bottom feeder penalty is have everyone prepay. For instance everyone pays $65 instead of the normal $50. At the end of the year everyone gets back $15 except for the last place team. That $15 gets mixed into the payout pot. Just a thought.

That was my thought as well, but I figured everyone would be opposed to that.
