Yea that was Martiny. That’s great.
There is one more amendment then final vote.
"B. The annual fee for a fantasy sports contest license or permit shall be submitted to the division on the anniversary date of the issuance of the license or permit. The annual fee shall be as follows:
(1) If the licencee's annual revenue is less than one hundred thousand dollars, the annual fee shall be five thousand dollars.
(2) If the licencee's annual revenue is one hundred thousand dollars or more, but less than three hundred thousand dollars, the annual fee shall be fifteen thousand dollars.
(3) If the licencee's annual revenue is more than three hundred thousand dollars, the annual fee shall be forty thousand dollars."
This would allow sites like play draft to get licenses.

Talbot said if that amendment passed (Martiny) he wound shelf bill.

21-16, bill fails to get 2/3 votes

Tomorrow revote. The last amendment was adopted.
Posted on 6/3/19 at 2:23 pm to BallChamp00
It got reconsidered for another date.

Here’s the deal. Martiny has guys who will vote with him. He won’t vote yes without sports wagering. And Carter will 100% vote no and she has people who vote with her.

The WHIP is on our side I think. Lol.
Posted on 6/3/19 at 2:36 pm to BallChamp00
So right now, where are we at?
Posted on 6/3/19 at 2:44 pm to Tigerfan1274
If House of Cards is correct lol they make a deal with Martiny to help his bill in future for votes now.
459 is in houses hands. Then governor.
600 has one more vote then back to house. Then governor.

Martiny votes yes for 459
Posted on 6/3/19 at 2:47 pm to BallChamp00
Thank you. This is hard to follow. Lol. And we need both of these to pass, correct?
Posted on 6/3/19 at 3:10 pm to Tigerfan1274
Yes I am 99% sure we do.

Martiny and a few other like the House Speaker voted NO today mostly because I think he's trying to stall it until 459 gets voted on. They need 5 more votes which I think they get.

459 is out of their hands. It’s to house now which will be passed to governor
Posted on 6/3/19 at 4:24 pm to BallChamp00
I was talking about bill 600 today. Martiny and a few others voted No on it hoping 459 passes so they can fall back on 600
Posted on 6/3/19 at 4:46 pm to tzimme4
I don’t know the logistics behind each bill. But 459 is going through. No doubt
Posted on 6/3/19 at 4:58 pm to BallChamp00
House concurrence 459 and vote for 600 scheduled for tomorrow.

Even with the sports betting bill attached? Or do you think Talbot will try and get it voted off
Posted on 6/3/19 at 7:33 pm to tzimme4
They were attaching sports wagering on 600. It was voted rejected. That’s why Martiny voted against it I was told.
