TyMont for Chris Thompson Trade

I have TyMont as a bench RB for FLEX purposes, but can’t deal with his inconsistency along with the uncertainty of his role moving forward.
Would you say I win this trade in getting Chris Thompson? It seems he has a higher ceiling and even though not very consistent, he’s been more consistent than Montgomery.

I've seen Montgomery dropped in a few leagues. Aaron Rodgers ain't walking through that door.

whoever would give you Chris Thompson for Ty Montgomery, they need to be mentally evaluated
