Trade for Ladd? Dynasty Edition

Ladd owner also has Davonte Adams, so he needs a WR for his playoff push. I have Golden & Devonta Smith. My season is pretty much a rebuild anyway, so if Ladd will be healthy in a few weeks, I wouldn't mind flipping Smith for Ladd and a late pick.

I would need more than Ladd for Smith. Smith has more overall dynasty value and your leaguemate needs him for a playoff push.
I'm asking for Ladd and a 2nd if I'm you. I looked at a couple of calculators and Ladd + a 2nd leaves it slightly in your favor, while Ladd and a 3rd would leave it slightly in his favor. He's the one that needs to make this happen, so the favor should be on your side IMO.

He's got a 1 and a 4 next year, so I was thinking Ladd and his 1 for Smith and my 3. My 3 is pretty likely to be 3.1, but I feel the same way- he needs it more than I do, so he should go for it.

So DynastyNerds is not as high on Devonta. He countered with Ladd and a 28 3rd for Smith. I think I'm going to pull the trigger- it gets me younger at WR, which is what I need at this point, and I think that this is the time to sell Smith- I don't really think he's going to get 13 targets a game every week with McKee.
