I'm lower on Najee than most, so could see you throwing him in. I agree with BHam that Swift might be a solid option here. When Gainwell comes back, it will probably switch back to a committee, even if Swift gets the majority of touches.

Any of them but Saquon are expendable to get a guy like Kelce imo
If it makes you feel better parting with two big names like Najee and Kittle, ask for a decent bench back back with Kelce
