1 PPR league

I was offered Nyheim Hines for Kenneth Walker. I’m a Taylor owner and the other guy is a Penny owner. At face value this looks like a no brainer trade to make. However, I’m thinking that Walker may become the starter and be fresh when Penny gets hurt. Penny always gets hurt so I’m assuming it’s gonna happen. If Taylor gets hurt, I’ve got bigger problems. I don’t think Hines would come close to replacing Taylor’s production. What do you guys think I should do?

Hines will be valuable if that happens, he’s capable of being an every down back. He won’t be JT, but he’d be a solid option moving forward

Personally I’d rather have insurance on my own guy vs waiting on someone else’s rb to get hurt so I could have another rb. And we don’t know if Walker will takeover and be a threat anyway, he’s a rookie. Hines has put up decent numbers as a backup and is proven

It is fantasy football. Take the risk and maximize on your upside. It is more likely that penny gets hurt or walker takes over that backfield. Take advantage of the extra rb to flex. It is no sure thing that Hines would even take over the entire backfield if JT got hurt
