Thoughts on this trade

12 team PPR league. Team A is currently 8th place at 4-6. Team B is currently 6th place at 5-5. Top 6 teams make the playoffs.
Neither is me..
Team A sends:
Aaron Rodgers #6 QB - backup(has L. Jackson).
Odell Beckham Jr. #26 WR - starter
Dallas Goedert #21 TE - backup unless Engram
Evan Engram #7 TE - starter when healthy
Team B sends:
Zach Ertz #6 TE - starter
Courtland Sutton #14 WR - starter at flex
DJ Moore #17 WR - starter
Jimmy Garoppolo #21 QB - starter
Who in your opinion is coming out ahead in the trade?
I’m currently tied at 4-6 in 8th place. Would you vote to uphold or veto the trade?

Not counting petty drama.
I’d say I’m competing with them for one of the last playoff spots most likely. So their teams getting better would hurt my chances.
