Ekeler would be eligible to come back in week 8. He’s already had I believe 2 weeks off so I fully expect him back for week 8. I do believe top tier RBs command a premium. It’s a lot easier to replace a WR with similar production than a RB. I just looked at the original post and there was no way I would have taken Landry for Ekeler but you can try. I don’t know what the Ekeler owner’s situation is. For me it would have had to be Ridley or Godwin. However, if the owner you’re dealing with is RB needy, offer him Bell and Jeudy or Bell and Gage. I wouldn’t want any part of Bell but, if the guy needs a RB then he may take it. The only problem is that leaves you short at RB for a few weeks. Are you only carrying 3 RBs on your roster?

Guy really needs help at WR.

The issue is that he's going to have tons of WR options on the waiver wire this week.
Claypool/Fulgham/Williams/Hardman all arguably better options than Jeudy or Jarvis.

Ekeler just went on IR Friday. Week 8 return is best case scenario. Ridley is the #3 PPR receiver. Ekeler is the #24 PPR RB. In no way is that an even trade.

The guy never even responded, so I'm just going to stream my RB2 after my handcuffs run out their time. I think he ghosted his team.

He did just go on IR Friday, but he did not play the previous two weeks before they placed him on IR. Short term IR makes sense in this case because the Chargers can activate another player. I believe Ekeler will return for Week 8 because that would give him 5 full weeks of rehab. This may be a trade you might want to revisit in a week or two but, for now I'd punt. As an Ekeler owner I'm simply sitting him on my bench unless someone offers a legitimate trade. The only reason Ekeler may be the #24 PPR RB is because he's missed two games. Had he not missed two games he's a top 10 RB if not higher.
