does anyone know how to put a waiver claim in for a player when all the others are free agents?
i clicked "claim player" in the right hand corner of this players page who was dropped yesterday, it brought me to a screen to release a player. i clicked to release bradford and it dropped him on the spot. WTF?

Uncommon yes. It keeps from people, especially after the trade deadline from dropping players and having someone else picking them up real quick.

Can't we go one year without changing the rules in the middle of the year? Just one? That's what the offseason is for right? I mean, whoever has been the commish that particular year has always asked for rule suggestions, and we vote on them at that time.

LE just seemed to be very angry and passionate about the state of the waiver rule - I was just trying to offer him a non-violent outlet.

its not really a big deal but there is no reason for it to be like that, especially with the tumbling waiver wire process we use.
