I just checked all of my leagues and I avoided Rodgers and Brees in every one. Nice.
ETA: well, except for this one.

Nah. It's Flacco.
Rolling the dice with Fitz vs KC over Flacco vs Pitt.

KC D is going to be tough this year.

Yeah. They lost 13-10 last year at KC with Fitz throwing for 223 1 TD and 1 INT. He also ran for 43.
Flacco averaged around 260 and 1 TD in each of his two regular season starts last year vs Pitt, but threw for only 125 and 1 TD in the postseason vs them last year.
Hopefully the near full year of Fitz starting in 2010 will improve his stats in 2011.

Nobes must have been facing Rodgers or Brees last night. GLTH

Does it even matter who we face each week - aren't we just trying to avoid being the 7th highest scoring team?

22 of us faced Rodgers or Brees last night

Correct... just have to be top 6 in your conference.

More like 24 of us, unless someone benched one of those guys.

Running backs
Start 'Em
Mike Tolbert (vs. MIN): The Vikings will be without defensive tackle Kevin Williams (suspension), which will highly impact their run defense. That should allow Tolbert and Ryan Mathews to both run well this week, and both should be considered starting options. If you're deciding between the two, lean toward Tolbert since he has the better chance to work at the goal line and score touchdowns.
Jahvid Best (at TB): Best is ready to go following his concussion in the preseason, and the Lions should be ready to attack this Tampa Bay defense, which will miss linebacker Barrett Ruud, who is now with the Titans. Best will be a star in point per reception formats this week, but I would consider him a must-start option in all leagues based on the matchup
