It's 24 teams, 2 conferences with separate player pools. top 6 bottom 6, each conference has their own playoff, then the w winners play in a SB. Don't remember the payoffs off hand but the winner usually takes home 1400 or more. 2nd takes home a big chunk, 3rd is around 300 I think, and top points per conference get like 150.

It’s really just 2 separate 12 man leagues that meet up for a super bowl in the end

We just added this wrinkle to make it interesting. BLZR won the league, so he will pick someone. Boom came in 2nd so he will pick, then whoever blzr chooses will pick, then boom's pick, all the way until we are done.
At that point I set up the league and we pick draft dates for each conference.
