I'm about to walk into the gym. I'll send something out later on.

I think the 1st vote shoul be the 20 team proposal. If it does not pass, we can vote on 18.

I personally love the SB idea. We'd have to redraft every year unless we decided to keep conferences the same each season.

The original plan of drafting from an expansion pool no thanks

insert Gyno's argument about how this goes against everything TDxx leagues stand for

how exacty would that work? expansion teams draft from players not being kept?

yeah, but it's not as bad as you think. With only 4 keepers (maybe less) plus a top 2 pick, you could put together a strong team. I think Knat made the playoffs as an expansion team when we went to 14.

But that left over talent pool is going to be 8 players thinner than the one knat drafted from.

My team has 7-8 keepers alone.

I'm probably dumping Reggie Wayne, Felix Jones, Josh Freeman, Steve Smith, and maybe McFadden or Maclin. Someone can build a nice group of 4 just from that list, not to mention the rest of the league.

I'm all for blowing this whole league up and restarting.

20 teams
2 conferences (two player pools)
Same roster requirements
Same scoring

4 teams from each conference make the playoffs (no byes).

Perhaps even play each week versus the average score in the league instead of vs a specific opponent each week.

This league needs to be livened up.

top 5 scoring teams get a win, bottom 5 get a loss. I still think this is a must. Regular head to head is stale.

yeah, im just having trouble finding out how to support that on the rt site. they only use average score from what i can see.

no...not guaranteed 1/2 finish above and below the average

Not really.

Usually, it will work out with 5 teams getting wins and 5 getting losses. But if one or two teams have really awesome weeks or really shitty weeks, the average could get skewed, and you may see six teams with wins or six teams with losses.

Oh yea, top 5/bot 5 would be best but either is better than weekly matchups IMO

I think it would have to be managed by the commish. I don't think it would be that difficult.

I like the top 5/bottom 5 method. I've never done a league like that, but I'm sick of getting screwed in H2H matchups.

da frick?!

We should blow up TDBBL then too, since my keepers suck!!

These are the most competitive keeper leagues around broski, why just blow shite up that's been going on for many years?

No, TDBBL is still entertaining. TDFL is boring as shite.

Because it's stale. TDBBL and TDBL are still elite, imo.

If you go to 20 teams with 2 player pools, you would have to.

I think for the good of the league, a complete redraft would be best. I have strong keepers, but this change would be good IMO.
