I think port failed to mention in the poll question that this would be a NON-keeper league.

imo you take each owners total points from year 1, and in year 2 just go down the list and even numbers by rank in 1 conf, odds in the other

think its pretty much assumed by going to a 2-division, 2 player pool set-up the league will be non-keeper.

But what if one conference for whatever reason is having constant turnover and is just not as competitive as the other one? That gives some owners a better shot at making the superbowl. Things need to be shaken up to keep everything equal.

I thought we would vote on keepers, locked in conferences, ect after the expansion vote passes. 14 of us shouldn't decide the rules for the rest of the league.

Yes, if it's a keeper league, you can't switch up conferences.

You could make it a keeper league if you just kept one player FWIW
team with the bes record gets to choose who they are keeping. It would have to be someone on their team, obviously.
EX: If Me and Les both had Charles and he did better than me, he would get first choice over me to keep him.
