I'll throw this idea out there
Draw the 3 names for the draft order. 1-2-3. Inverse of that gets first crack at picking team with best pick scenario in the regular draft

We could send the extra 3 and 5 to the one team for later picks to help balance it out

I don't know if this would be more of a pain or not, but team B could give that 3 and 5. It would just even out the picks more for the new teams.
