Then, here's the number of balls each of these teams gets in the lottery:

Using my rankings, it appears that Clams and LE were unlucky over the course of the season, and Rondo was lucky as frick.

Just because I created the system doesn't mean that it can tell me who to draft or who to start from game to game. Not sure where you are going with that.
