Jose Reyes is coming off an injury...a leg injury at that...and he relies on speed..not to mention they are talking about hitting him 3rd. which will prob decrease his steals
Hernandez has top 5 P potential
Dude, rouge was a pitcher, he knows when a guy is about to lose it.

i have no interest in him, im sorry if you don't like that buddy. if he's so valuable, keep him yourself and trade me lind
lind is a better player than mclouth. dont try to spin that

if im pretty much swapping equal talents in zimmerman and reynolds (your words), then i need an extra little ummph in the hitting department.
if you are gonna use my words, and that they are CLOSE to being comparable, then im fleecing myself by giving you johan and mclouth for k-rod right?

gyno was tryin to flip my words and play the, well if hes so good why dont you just keep him routine, so by that thought, i was self-fleecing, and i realize now that i would be crazy to giving him that, especially if hes gonna consider bay and verlander

Drama to Rick is a tough root getting in the way of the conduit he is running.

you were touting Beltran and Johan as top 10 talent coming off major injuries? Wonder why no one else would sniff either one of those guys save Port?
keep thinking Nate Mclouth is the second coming of Dale Murphy, maybe you can land Pujols for him
Posted on 3/4/10 at 4:02 pm to rondo
So if you re in an NL only league and Adrian Gonzalez gets traded to the Red Sox are you just fricked?

beltran is so low bc hes gonna miss three weeks or so
johan is projected as top ten across the board
and i never said mclouth was the second coming. i just think we are undervaluing a little bit here
92 runs, 21 homers, 70 rbi, 15 sb-cs, and a .8 ops
you could do worse than that. and two years ago he was incredible in the of, and your bro can attest to that

When the Braves acquired McLouth from the Pirates in early June, they thought they were getting a surefire 20-20 man with the ability to hit leadoff. Instead, they got a headache. McLouth couldn't stay healthy in Atlanta, missing time off and on with a hamstring injury. Even when in the lineup, he couldn't live up to his breakout 2008 season, settling in as the player who hit .257 with 13 home runs from June 1 of that year and not the one who hit .305 with 12 home runs in April and May. By now, you can pretty much write off his start to that season as a fluke -- a sustained hot streak that made his final numbers look better than they should. He's still a 20-20 threat with a good enough on-base percentage to score 90 runs, but his shaky batting average and propensity for injury makes him more like a No. 3 Fantasy outfielder than a No. 1.
