I don't see how cat can be jobless. Someone needs to do him a favor and send Arcadian Used Cars a link to this thread. Cat could easily make a grip slanging Kia's to PJ-Like people.

i never down played it at all? i just said FOR YOUR NEEDS, you needed to build up your bats. meaning your team as is needed WAY more help with bats

just bc you value k-rod like you do doesnt mean others are

and i have changed my philosophy since last night as to what im going to do, as evident by my latest otb

so chill big gyne, i wasnt just out tryin to fleece you

i cant believe yall think i over paid for the second best 2b in the league who is 27 years old,

considering u gave up Uggla who will have nearly identical power numbers, you kind of did

i guess u have to ask urself is a 1st round pick and Hawpe worth 25 steals to you?

its not to me, but it could be to you.

Kinsler's average and OBP tailed off big time last year as he tried to hit for more power.

there were (6 )2nd baseman last year with higher OPS

dont be that guy who offers a trade and tells the OTHER team what they need

you valued him enough to include in a big trade we were discussing? while you already had a closer in Aardsma? you make it sound like i'm the only one who things k-rod is a top 5 closer

you're not going to fleece me, so chill

and also two years ago he hit 319 average with the same power. you never know what you might get from him, if i get a 280 season from him that will probably parlay to a .84 or 85 ops, and a 30-30 from my 2b

hes also only 27, my team was the oldest in the league a week ago, and its not anymore

i dont know the deal, but im assuming you are asking about Reynolds.

however its common sense when u are asking about a top player, that u are prob going to have to give up more than u would like to get him.

you're famous for undercutting someone's value by trying to trade piles of shite to get gold

LOL

there was nothing wrong with what i offered him. he had the chance to go from 1 offensive keeper to 3. nobody was going to give him the value for k-rod that i was offering

ETA: and like i said to him, the difference from reynolds and zimmerman was not that big to warrant his demands

anyway you cut it, it was still 2 of my keepers.

and like i said, if the difference between the two isn't that big, you wouldn't be trying to trade for him. their difference in projections was about 20 spots.

and one of the guys you were offering was ibanez, who may pass away before the season starts. a 40 year old OF has now value to me.
