Since this is an all rookie draft, we are allowed to add/drop non rookies year round right?

ETA- either way FA pick-ups should be locked right now, everyone should go to waivers for a few days after we finish the draft

Hmmm guess you can draft whomever, except for dropped players I believe. Then Waivers run after the draft.

found last years draft thread
looks like you had the same question last year. only rookies were drafted and according to port on pg. 4 it was a rookie only draft and the FA pool is open for pick ups.

There isnt one, which is why it wasnt locked last year. But a few pages back back other owners acted like they had no idea what I was talking about, so I let it go.
