You don't get to change the bet after you make it.

Fair enough.

On our Embiid bet, there should be a minimum games played limit to have a safeguard for both of us. Agree?

So if he plays 10 games, gets hurt, doesn't get to 25per, you ok with that? It's gonna take him some time to get up to NBA speed. It's a little different from dominating workouts. But whatever.

That's Highly highly unlikely.. he's back... I wouldn't have traded for him or made the bet if I was worried about an injury.

Who is the surprise guy on your team that cracks the top 40?

I'm thinking D-Lo breaks out. Too good of a shooter not to. He will have the green light in LA. I think 20 and 6 with 2.5 3s per.

Hoping this mate gets some run

Oubre, who played just 671 minutes in his rookie season, is the primary attraction for the Washington squad in Las Vegas, and he has so far lived up to the billing. Through three games, he’s averaged 19.0 points, 5.0 rebounds, 2.0 assists, 2.3 steals and 0.3 blocks per game while leading the Wizards to a 2-1 record.

I've got a plethora of poor FT shooters so that keeps a couple of my studs out of the top 40.

Butler and Lowry are no surprise. It may be a surprise to some that Trevor Ariza and Marvin WIlliams were both just outside of the top 40 last year, I'll go with one of those guys, I favor Williams he shoul have another great season.

Harrison Barnes. Expecting a different animal now that he knows he's getting his shots and is a top option.

Points in high teens, close to 2 3s per, decent percentages and plus boards/steals as a SF.

Also expecting big bounce back year for Rose in a contract year.

Dont see him reaching top 40, but I do think Markieff makes his way back into the top 50-60. I predict 2014-15 numbers of 15/6/2.5 with a steal and 3 thrown in

I think I have a number of guys that will make big steps this year - Nikola Jokic, Trey Lyles, J Winslow...but a guy out of the top 40 to make it in would be Danilo Gallinari.
