I read a Brown interview saying there will be lineups with Simmons at the point.
They are going big after Barnes too, rumor is that's why Colangelo got him added to the Olympic team.
They are going to be long, athletic and fun to watch.
They will add some guards in FA I assume, but can you imagine something like
PG- Simmons
SG- Luwawu
SF- Barnes
PF- Noel
C - Embiid
Still got Lord Covington, Okafor and Saric on the bench.

I think the need to wait this year has less to do with summer league and more to do with the Free Agency bonanza

No one wants to start the draft besides you and MWG. Makes sense b/c your picks or no brainers.
Everyone else in the league wants to give free agency a week and see what happens.
The rookie draft is pretty important. Let's let the owners have as much info available to them to have their picks.

But I also agree with this, why have a time frame on any of this?
If Port wants to go, let him go. If Frat doesn't, allow him to wait. Idk, I don't care. Just someone give Brandon Ingram a cheeseburger already
