You can't change the lotto rules when some teams (like me) went into the offseason with the impression that the bottom 3 teams would be locked into a top 3 pick.

This is a dynasty league. I am trying to rebuild and under the rules that are in place, that's what I intend to do. We all agreed on these rules, now some of you want to change them to your favor.

I guess my argument is that IMO changing this rule before the season starts is enough time to put this rule in place for the 17-18 season. I mean, if this rule was in place 4-5 months ago would it have changed the way you did anything? If it would have made a difference, then keep it the way it is, but I highly doubt things would have changed much.

We've voted on lotto rules twice and it's remained unchanged.
Only suggestion I have is possibly adding a minimum game limit, or some type of penalty for actively tanking. Should get dinged ping pong balls in a situation like last year where TBM "whoops, forgot to set my lineup".

I set a full lineup every week regardless. I have never tried to intentionally lose matchups.
