Funny you say that. It was Staps himself that sold me on him. Said he was better as a rookie and a lot stronger. I started paying attention and he's right. Dude is strong as hell. He won't be the shot blocker that Staps is, but he could get 1 a game. With his 3 point shooting, scoring and rebounding he is going to be a top 20 type for a long time.

I agree that he is going to be really good for a long time. I actually think his comp is closer to Kevin Love though than Porzingas.
Offensively he can do a lot of the same things that Porzingas does and some of them even better, but he won't come close to being the shot blocker that Porzingas is which is where Zingas separates himself in terms of value.
He is averaging over 30 mins per night so I don't really think Mirotic leaving is going to "free" him.

He's right in the middle. Won't be the beast that love was on the glass but will be better than Staps.
Won't be the shot blocker that Staps is but should eventually be able to get close to 1 a game.
I'm thinking a 21 and 10 type of guy. Think bosh with more 3s, not as many blocks.

I drafted him the first season of TDBBL. Both him and Brandon Jennings. After their rookie year I thought both of those dudes were going to be great. Jennings fizzed out and Galo has played like 12 games since then.
