do we have a max transaction limit in this league? or is that resolve with daily waivers?

No max transactions.. just keep in mind the 82 game per active roster spot limit.
That is one main diff. than h2h. In roto your bench guys should really be treated as bench. If you're rotating guys out every day like you would be in h2h, you'll run out of games played early and really handcuff yourself.

You can put in bids now. Waivers run tomorrow 3 AM. If you go to the players tab you'll see the waiver date. After tonight's waivers everyone will have a waiver date of 10/17, and waivers will run nightly
