Mine hasn't either - I'm not sure why. I got a confirmation email. And no, if we allowed CCs, there would be a fee for everyone whether you used e-checks or CCs, so I went with the free version which is e-check only.
I'm not sure why no one's payment is going through. Was anything taken out of y'all bank accounts? Nothing out of mine.

when I pay other stuff via e-check, it usually takes about 2 business days to process and post

That's what I thought, but when I paid into my other league, it immediately posted that my payment was pending and would take a couple of days to clear. In this league, it says nothing.
