honestly as commish i think you were supposed to do something about this, insert "Highest projected alternative" should someone have a player deemed "out" in the line-up.

and he better have a decent excuse as to why he would not manage his team(not that he would have won anyway)

I adjusted the scoring and gave ZZ an extra 17 points. His 2 starting RBs were both out, and the 2 highest projected RBs from his bench were Snelling and Buckhalter. Combined, they scored 17 yesterday.

Despite this adjustment, and the fact that ZZ still has Greg Jennings going tonight, Willie Stoker still has a 77 point lead on him. (If for some reason, Jennings makes this difference up, I'll readjust the scores and won't let WS take the loss this week b/c of it)

But we'll give ZZ the 17 in case it affects his waiver order - and I guess I'll have to do this each week if someone starts a player who is out.

BBONDS started a suspended player against me in week 1. Was I supposed to say something?

Good Lord MSM - 175 points and your kicker left? Oh well, I don't think many teams would win playing against both Austin Collie and Anquan Boldin

Yea, there were a handful of people trying to obtain either one of those guys through trade. Yesterday did not help there case.

Charles and Foster both had 100, and Johnson, Boldin, Collie is statring to seem pretty salty for a wr corps. I think I'll hold onto them and just make due with inconsistent QB play.

Ha yeah, I was one of those wanting Collie - doesn't look like I'm heading into the right direction there - you made out pretty well at the qb spot anyways....though with Collie and Boldin, you could've started Jordan Jefferson and still taken me to the cleaners...

Alright alright, I'll go back and take away ZZ's points, and not touch the adjustments this year (unless someone contacts me ahead of time and tells me they can't make it to a computer or something)

It really doesn't matter to me, I thought y'all would want this, but was obviously wrong

I didn't really want to babysit for the entire league anyhow...but don't come back here crying in the last week of the season when you are fighting for a playoff spot, and a team you are fighting against draws an opponent who has decided to quit for the season. I've seen it happen....

VERY poor form Cubbs!

He's an elite up and coming QB for a super bowl contender. I'd like to see his career play out, considering the majority of NFL QB's SUCK!

In this situation (maybe last 2 weeks), which I have never seen personally, I would be ok with the commish creating a functional lineup based on that teams CURRENT players.

But no additions if the owner doesn't make them.

I admit, I hate it when teams roll over the final few weeks in real life, so I'd imaging that would irritate me as well.

I know it seems innocent, but reality is that very thing could happen on any given play. And it happens on a regular basis.

And it's usually sad considering the "real world" skills many of these guys don't possess. (Aaron Rodgers is excluded from that group)

I've only been in 1 league and it happened...and I would think that in a league where we don't actually know each other, it may be even more likely to happen. But hopefully it won't. Only 2 teams have started a player(s) that is out and they've only done it once, so I won't read too much into it. Most of us (besides Kash) have a life outside of FF . But if it turns into an epidemic, it could really take the fun out of this whole thing. We need to decide early on if there should be any intervening.

haha you see my breakdown from few threads below...

aaron rodgers need 275 yards 3 tds and 20 yds rushing
11+18+2=31

brandon jackson 100 total yards 1td 3 rec
10+3+6=19

packers d 2 ints and 2 sacks
4+2=6

that would put me at 56...

so it wouldn't be unheard of for a comeback but its going to take some good games...

I know... I literally couldn't sleep last night because of this.

I might cry if I lose tonight. You don't want to make a girl cry, do you?
