You've done good on everything thus far. I trust you and have no problem with the draft order being decided now.

In all seriousness though, 14 isn't bad at all. You get the 14th and 15th picks so that's pretty good. Ideally, you want to be in the top of the order or the bottom - it's the middle that sucks in a snake draft.

I'll trade you #5 for your 1st and 3rd right now.
Great value at picks 14 & 15.

BOOOOM! Barring an injury, go ahead and cross Chris Johnson off of the board now.
The argument that running backs who rush for 2,000 yards find success much more difficult the following year is a valid one. The list of players who have rushed for 2,000+ yards includes O.J. Simpson, Eric Dickerson, Barry Sanders, Terrell Davis, Jamal Lewis and Chris Johnson. Here are their 2,000 yard seasons and their following season.
O.J. Simpson: "The Juice" accomplished his 2,003 yards during the era of the 14 game season, but he averaged 23.7 carries per game to do it. His yards per game went from 143 to 80.
Eric Dickerson: Like Chris Johnson, Dickerson accomplished his feat during his second year in the league. In fact, Johnson and Dickerson's running styles are very similar and their output is very similar. Like Simpson, Dickerson average 23.7 carries per game in his 2000 yard season but his total yards per game fell by 43 the following season.
Barry Sanders: Simpson, Dickerson and Chris Johnson were all 26 or under when they hit 2,000 yards but Sanders was 29 and did it in his 9th season. Sanders avoided the big hits for much of his career which probably made this possible so late in his career. Sanders averaged .5 carries more per game in the season following his 2,000 yard season but averaged 35 yards less per game.
Terrell Davis: It may seem unfair to include Davis in this comparison since he destroyed his knee in 1999 after his brilliant 1998 season, but it is interesting worth noting that his 3.1 ypc and games of 61, 79 and 53 all happened before the game where he hurt his knee. He also had 8 carries for 18 yards in the game before he hurt his knee. Defenses were definitely keying on Davis differently in 1999.
Jamal Lewis: Lewis was a workhorse averaging 24.2 carries per game in his 2,000 yard season and his running style was more physical than any previous 2,000 yard rusher. The following season, Lewis ended up getting 4.6 fewer carries per game and rushed for 46 yards less per game with an ankle injury forcing him to miss four games in that season.
:shruggs:
Just sayin.

Is Cubbs really a 3L? Do I know her?
I'm guessing not, considering I know about 5 people at PMH this year. Life is tough as a 4L....
