Starting a contracts league on league tycoon and need 2 owners

We are disbanding a 10 team dynasty league and creating a 12 team contracts league. We are planning on doing a slow auction startup draft beginning July 10 with a $100 buy in...looking to add 1 or 2 owners who will remain active and responsive

Forgive my ignorance. but what is a contracts league? I realize this question pretty much eliminates me from contention.
