This is very hard to read. Here's some tips.
Give us your scoring style (PPR, Standard, etc)
Give us your league size (How many teams)
Give us your starters (1 QB, 2 RB, 3 WR, 1 TE, 1 Flex?)
Give your roster in this format:
QB:
RB:
WR:
TE:
Tell us which side of the trade you'd be getting/giving. Reading what you put, I can't tell if you would be getting Lacy etc. or getting Tate etc.
And fix your title. "Should I do this" is too vague and doesn't prompt people to click the thread. Instead try putting the trade players in the subject. Personally, I'm more likely to click on a thread if a player I own is listed in the title because I want to see other's opinions.

I think Tate is a definite upgrade from Lacy. Williams probably won't have much value once Jennings comes back. So, you're basically getting White and Wayne for Bowe.
